Two emails exist, and both can be turned off in settings.

Pause digest

When jobs pause, one message lists them with the last status, the likely cause and a resume link for each. Notices are bundled every five minutes and sent at most hourly, so a bad afternoon produces a few messages rather than forty. After ten digests in a day the rest of the day is muted, and one message says so.

Recovery

One line when a resumed job succeeds again. Sent immediately rather than bundled.

Everything else

Sign-in links, the account deletion confirmation and the dormancy warning are part of running the account and cannot be switched off.
